Passively boost your firm’s revenue through your legal support

f you're looking to increase your firm's revenue but don't have the capacity to take on more clients, look to passive revenue. Boost your return on investment (ROI) through employees.

CONSIDER ADDING A SUBCONTRACTED PARALEGAL AND HERE IS WHY:

-The return on investment for contracted legal support is marginally higher than that of a W2 employee (see the info graphic for a breakdown on numbers).

-A 1099 paralegal that is paid at $35 per hour subcontracting for your firm at only 20 hours per week has a 46.8% HIGHER ROI than that of a W2 paralegal working at 40 hours per week.

-A 1099 paralegal's invoice nearly 100% substantive billable time whereas W2 paralegals are expected to substantively bill ~70-75%. Administrative time is understandably unavoidable working within the walls of a law office. However, a 1099 paralegal working on their own time, using their own resources, are marginally more productive, effective, and efficient.

-It's also important to mention that 1099 paralegals comparatively have more diverse legal backgrounds in multiple areas of law equating to more skills and better adaptability.
